请问大家,你们的公司如何计算annual leave 给员工?是当confirm 后就一次性可以使用第一年的8天年假吗?我的员工去年6月1日进工,11月confirm 。12月尾这位员工可以拥有多少天假?今年2020直到12月他又拥有多少天假?
如果他一月就拿完8天,2月丢信,公司可以扣他之前用完的年假吗?因为8天年假是到12月尾2020
