May I knw if a fresh graduate interviews, how can we answer for the question that like “what can you do for our company? What are your experience? Your value? ” , since we have no experience, and I had see some tips said that HR would not prefer the answer like “I’m willing to learn..”something like that, because they want to hire someone who had experience and require less training, not hire someone to teach them. But we need to first have a job opportunity then we can used to improve our experience. How can we compete with those who are experience in that job?
