During the interview session, If we really don’t know how to answer technical questions, how should we answer rather than simply answer?

Just be honest, and tell the interviewer that you do not know the technical kind of stuffs. Most important do not create unnecessary answer which will lead the interviewer focus to your weakness. Interviewer will go back & forth the same question & you may end up lost the opportunity.
I would advise, read the Job Requirement carefully & continual practice. Remember, practice make perfect.
