Is contract (temporary) staff entitle to contribute EPF & Socso? And can get any benefit?
May i ask is contract (temporary) staff entitle to contribute EPF & Socso? And can get any benefit such as AL, medical, miscellaneous allowance, etc.?

EPF, Socso and EIS contribution is compulsory for employees who are employed permanently, temporarily or on part time basis. Annual Leave and Medical Leave need to be provided too in accordance to EA Act. Other benefits will depend on your company policy.
