Does the hotel willing to hire the people who have no relevant certificate?

After graduation I can get a certificate which is Business Administration in Diploma, but I'm interested in hotel management job.

As my experiences in Hotelier before, they not choosy to select people as long as you have patience to work in hotelier. the priority mostly who have certificates in Hotel & Restaurant but sometimes even they have relevant cert is not all like to work in hotel industry. Is also depends on which part / area that you apply too. So good luck on searching for right place.

Hello, there’s no problem in applying to become a hotelier. As long as you have the passion, i believe you can get it!
