I have done my second interview, but I realised I forgot to ask about my salary, welfare and benefits. What should I do now, should I call them and ask or wait until they call me first only I ask?

Don't worry! My suggestion is wait for the company to contact you before you ask about the salary and benefits. If not the interviewer will feel that you not prepare well.
Same goes to during the interview you should not ask the salary until the interviewer say by it self.
