What to answer the question : If you really need experienced to get this job.. In next 2 years or 5 year.. Would you find another company?.. I answer: yes if I get better opportunities and promotion.
To secure my first job is challenging for fresh graduate like me that need experience. So to answer this questions bit tricky.
Your answer for that question, is really show that you not interested to work in that company. You only look into monetary and power in organization which totally wrong for fresh graduates. With less experiences, you can't be a good leader in future.
I suggest, you can answer like this way: "I won't say yes or no. It depends how the organization in here can support me in terms of career path. I would like to see my self to be part of organization and upgrade it more by giving me more challenges during my duty in here. The more I learn, the more I improve my self not to be as fresh graduate but also an experiences employee".
