Is HONESTY a good thing in job application form?

When you fill in job application form, did you put 100% honesty especially when it comes to some personal problem? like :Have you suffered from any medical condition which has affected (or might in future affect) your work? Have you ever been hospitalised, had any surgeries/procedures or consulted a specialist physician for any medical reason? Have you suffered any ill health requiring certification or medication within the last 24 months? (come on... everybody has the typical cold before...)

Others may be vary, but on healthmatters better to be honest as some companies have the right to void the employment agreement

Its actually good for both. If they found out later, you might be facing some troubles/lost your ricebowl etc.

If you are qualifed and ended up they didn't pick you merely because of your health matters, then its their problem already.

HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY. Dont risk it and ended up bringing in more troubles for you.

Yes, always be honest. Otherwise when the truth is revealed it can end up harming you even more than if you were upfront about it
