The boss & manager interviewed me then after that offered me for the job, so today I called their company to tell that I accepted the job offer. Yet, at last another ppl told me need to 2nd interview.

I rejected another job offer because of accept this job offer. But now ends up I might not really get this job as there's still have 2nd interview (might not get hired) & have to go interstate again.

Same with me. 2 weeks ago HR contacted me and said i got hired by the co. After 2 hrs, she calls me then said they will get the confirmation with management first. Until now there’s no updates.

The person in-charge told me that another boss thinks that there's no need to hire people (their internal problem) so no more second interview for me, they rejected me yesterday through WhatsApp call.

Actually just get your confidence and go for 2nd interview, and believe that you can get the job offer after that. Since you already can succeed get the job offer from the boss & manager, so you no need too worry about that, just be confidence.
