Saya letih.

Based on the information provided, it seems like you are facing several challenges in your current job. The long distance, toll expenses, and unreliable public transportation are causing fatigue and stress in your daily commute. Additionally, you mentioned feeling frustrated with your coworker who takes credit for your work and the lack of job opportunities close to your home. It's important to address these issues to improve your overall well-being and job satisfaction. Here are a few suggestions: 1. Discuss your commuting difficulties with your employer: Communicate the challenges you face due to the long commute and the toll it takes on your energy levels and work performance. Explore the possibility of adjusting your work hours to avoid peak traffic or work remotely on certain days to reduce the toll expenses. 2. Address the issue with your coworker: If you feel comfortable, have an open and honest conversation with your coworker about how their actions make you feel. Explain the situation to your manager if necessary, providing evidence of your accomplishments and responsibilities. 3. Explore other job opportunities: Keep an eye out for job openings closer to your home. You can utilize online job portals or reach out to recruitment agencies that may have suitable positions available. Networking and connecting with professionals in your industry might also help you discover potential job opportunities. Remember, taking care of your well-being is important, and if the current situation continues to cause stress and unhappiness, it might be worth considering finding a new job that better fits your needs and circumstances. Take the time to evaluate your options and make the best decision for yourself.
