Do newly joined staff entitled to get full wage even WFH?

How about those newly joined the company in still under probation? Are we still entitle to get fully paid salary if required to work from home?

Even they are probationer, they are still connsider as an employee. So, i think they still need to get full paid if that is compulsory for employer to pay all their employees in full salary during this period.
