What to do if probation period is longer than normal time

I have been under probation 6 month, but still need to extend another probation 3 month.. so, total, I will be 9 month under probation.. Usually, they will hired after 3 month.. in my case, I'm the first one to be in this situation..So, do you think the place of my work don't want to hire me as permanent or what? Or is the normal?

In my opinion, you should try to discuss with your HR 1st about your concern and situation. But In this current situation, I will advise you to stay with the company and also looking for another opportunity.
