Does EA act state employee entitled for paid sick leave

Is there any EA act stated that employee shall entitled to paid sick leave from commencement date of employment or during under probation? As our company implemented that during probation not allowed to take mc... Appreciate your advice

The employee entitle paid sick leave from commencement date of employment, even the staff on MC on the 2nd date of new join, he is entitled for paid sick leave... better advise your company better dont stop probationer take mc..
