What can be done to irresponsible probationer?

My co ve just employ a store keeper. 1 week has 2days mc, 1/2 day personal matter, 1 day absent without inform. Calling him no answer, msg no reply.

Since he still under probation period, u can based on the appointment letter to let him go. SOP is for confirmed staff.
