想问下大家，公司如果只要在4月减薪30%是需要填pk form的吗？

mean if i submitted on 18/3. The salary deduction oni can start at 17/4?? I cannot deduct their salary from 1/4-16/4??

Yes i think so. Coz my boss plan to deduct 30% salary. Mean no choice i hv to change to need to voluntary take unpaid for 10days in a month

Yup...need to submit PK form n 30days before salary reduction

Many ppl will not apply coz in this unstable situation, you wont know how long it will go. Once u applied u cannot cut ur staffs within 6 months. Die die u hv to tahan 6 months.

fill PK form , submit to JTK , wait for 30 days then salary reduction....Not to get approval ..only informing JTK 30days inadvance sebelum salary reduction
