My 2 cent opinion, as ur question is pretty general, u can do: Focus group for engagement, mini Teambuilding, festive come together celebration, townhall for alignment, monthly theme to create the fun atmosphere, sharing sessions on any topic tat can boost employee’s inspiration, long list though..... Mostly importantly, u need to know what ur co want to achieve from all these HR activities.. knowing tat will b then easier to drill down in list.... Hope it helps :) Have a great day ahead..
