Hi HR Expert.. Can you please advice on my every month problems about attendance matters?

We have 100 workers in this company. Every month, when I check the attendance, there are always workers absent. When I submit the payroll & attendance record to my manager, I will remind my Mgr ( in case she forgot ) to warned workers that always absent. Warning letter issued but the problem still appear. My bos pattern = orang yang sangat kesian nak terminate workers. Sometimes, this every month same problem make me stress..why this workers sangat degil? So, I want to hear & need advice from all HR experts, what is the best solution to prevent absenteeism.

You can hold a meeting with those absenteeism workers and ask them fill up misconduct form. Let them explain for each absenteeism and do your records. This is one of the methods. Try do this if possible once you have mentioned that in townhall & put up notice , Do the “carrot” & “stick” theory: *Carrot *- Reward the employees with rice + chicken if they arrive 15 minutes earlier *Stick * - Employee only can get rice + gravy if arrive 5 minutes early *#Gamification *
