What can I do about a boss who constantly criticizes?
My boss is just too demotivating... But I don't want to leave the company because of this. Is there anything I can do to overcome this?

Our boss is not superhuman, they won't know what we're thinking in our mind. We need to speak it out, then they know what we have been feeling. Sometimes, as a human we don't realise our own words whether it will demotivate some people, or motivate other people. so, I really recommend for you to communicate and give honest feedback with your boss.
For an example, if you already communicate with you boss about this and there's no way that he could change, then I would recommend for you to find another job. It would be better for your mental state.
