HR asking for documentation before interview,should i give?

Hi all. I have a question. I received email for a job interview from their HR. But one day before the interview, the HR asked me to provided copy of my IC, academic certs and previous payslips. I find this quite weird because this is the first time i encountered such problem. Should I comply?

You can dont comply, they will also reject your job application. simple as that.

Not sure but for the past interview that I been through, all of them required me to provde certs before attending the interview session.

Just give everything but don't give you payslip.

Comply je. That means you are their most favourable candidate.

As a HR , i can tell you that this is just the SOP for our interview process. We have every right to ask you to submit all documentation prior the session. But I would say you have a very high chance to be selected , interview is just another SOP.

If you dont comply, i guess they will just cancel the job interview, you have no choice.
