We don't have a HR. I told my boss but he doesn't care

At this point, you don't need to explain anything to your boss. You need to keep you mouth shut and your head down until you find another job.

You should get out of that toxic environment as soon as possible.

You don't make 'friends' at work. Nothing more needs to be said.

Get outta there fast! Unfortunately, it's obvious you won't be able to get any letters of recommendation from any of those a-holes. Have you ever thought that the horrible co-manager who everyone & you banded together against isn't a friend, family member, neighbor, etc. of the boss? This sounds like nepotism, which would definitely explain why even when a whole group has legit reasons to dislike someone, the boss not only keeps him, but gives him a raise. Outrageous!! So now you know this co-manager will never be able to do any wrong in the boss' eyes. He'll keep him on FOREVER no matter how horrendous he is.

If you like your job and care about it, pay attention to do your job well. Observe, listen to what your co-workers say, but don’t take side. Don’t make friends with anyone at work and pour your heart out to them. Sooner or later, that/those co-worker friend(s) will turn to be your betrayer(s) because people at work are competitive. Many of them want to be friendly with you to get to know you, to get information and knowledge from you, and then they want to override you, to be superior to you. When you come to work, just be nice enough and be professional. Put your heart and mind to do your work. If you are too friendly with someone, and someday that person betrays you, you will feel very painful. Keep a certain distance to everyone and make a boundary, you will not have so many troubles. Don’t bully anyone and don’t let anyone to bully you. Learn to be strong and confident and be respectful. Beware of those talkers, especially the very sweet ones, and the ones who often bring treats in for everyone and the managers. And finally, if you feel everyone is ganging up targeting you, and the boss does not care, you better to get out of there fast as advice from many others.

Some of us like our co-workers and appreciate them and show it by bringing treats. I have had several harsh encounters with one tech, but I respect him highly for his ability. I'd also bring treats for the previous supervisor. He also was greatly respected and liked by the crew. Some people do get along with everyone.

Different strokes for different folks. Everybody sees things differently. I was just telling my own experience from what I've seen at my work. Those "sweet" ones and often bring things in (baking goods, little jewelries, clothes, etc...) to give to someone and the management mostly are snakes and *sskissers. They do that, so they can get light work. And the managers who favour those, and assign more work or heavy work for the ones who work hard and not to bribe them, are the unfair ones. I don't care for some food and stupid materials. When I come to work, I just care for fairness.

Sometimes there's no solution or resolution - like being on a sinking ship - so you just have to put your attention on getting away from the mess and to a better location. Focus your mind on the next opportunity. Put useful attention on something worthwhile and healthy, rather than the broken and dysfunctional, which will only keep you miserable and at a low level. And going forward, don't be surprised when people team up or work together (even if not planned) to lessen certain people or work against them. A simple personality difference can work against some in a petty manner, while a likability with others can lead to them being promoted, even impractically or unreasonably.
