what i have to do if my collean evrydy make worst.. i hv teach her sop frm the begining. i feel want to resign my job n go away from that toxic mind

@maukerja ok let me tell u more detail.

when she start her first day work until 2 months, i treat her very2 respect and gently. at the same time i teach her SOP.

Even she have share her sad moment and story with me. im also feel very comfortable with her. until my bos give her confirmation letter. start from that day she have changed her attitude completely difference..she treat me so rude.

Hi riyaz, may I know what your colleague have done? If you colleague did wrong or mistakes, I recommend for you to advice her accordingly since she still new with her job, it might be hard at first, but when she have mastered it, she won't be a bother for you but if she still can't follow your advice, I recommend for you to speak with your supervisor, so at least your supervisor know how to handle. I hope you can settle your problem accordingly. I wish you all the best!
