If colleague hidden their work sheet, should I report this to my boss?
I am a Admin cum Account Asst in a company.
I have a Senior citizen colleague, her position is Sales Coordinator. She is totally don't have that Microsoft Excel knowledge, yet she have created sales reports (Microsoft Excel file) and setting password.
I have inform to my superior and her manager, But both of them feel nothing special.
But I still feel this colleague should did not do work and hidden the report.
Should I report this direct to my boss?
