can I resign to another company/position while still being under probation

I do not know my own transport and the closest public transport is 10 min walk to a bus stop or 20 min walk to a LRT station

Hello there is no problem to resign and move to another company during probation, as long as you send your notice letter. Do it according to your offer letter. If your offer letter state that you need to send notice letter, a week before do follow it accordingly ya. :)
