Hi, just need a clarification - If we are issuing a show cause notice to an employee for poor performance, what should be the gap between the first and the second show cause notice and after what time period can the employee be dismissed after issuing such show cause notice.

Show cause letter is to get explaination..after that warning letter..for poor performance u will also need to have a proper performance appraisal sysyem kaunseling sessions & put the employee on a PIP
