We do have a SOP for WFH, but this time we are more strict with the communication as, HR will be monitoring the clock in and out, all the employees need to sent clock in and out email. We have a small group of employees in the KL office, so it would be pretty easy to manage. Guidelines are normal -Workstation -Internet Connection (Hotspot) - meetings (Skype / Go to meeting) - Communicate more often with a team (Manager/team leads)
