Things to ponder before hiring: 1) Hiring Justification - Why hiring? 2) Duration - Temporary or Permanent? 3) Manpower Planning - Hiring Budget, salary etc. 4) Internal Equity - Can we promote/reallocate staff internally, instead of hiring externally?
