List Do n donts as desired by management cross check with labour law then develop policies.

Economy is bad n getting worse. So if things we can do internally suggest to do internally. Save cost. But HV to be careful so not breach and law n regulations.

Build your employee list first. Then their personal files. HV a set of approved employment contract. Dat s d basic. Can go online to look for SOP for recruitment,trainings,payroll, any other relation SOPS. mk changes to adopt to Ur company.
