Hello, to become a sales person is not that easy. but here are some skills that you could apply if you want improve your skills. It's good that you occupied yourself of getting knowledge of CRM or even mastered Microsoft Excel but don't forget about improving your impressive soft skills. Firstly;


1. Emphathy

It's a very important skills, empathy. Putting yourself in someone else shoes. When you able to understand what people are thinking, what people are feelings, then you can guide the conversation well, eventually it bring you to your own original target. It also helps you build relationship with your prospects. This is because people don't remember what you say to them, but they remember what you make them feel. 


2. Emotional Intelligence

By having Emotional intelligence in your ownself, it will allows you to know & understand how others are feeling. You can control your emotion well and people surrounding you. There are 3 abilities that you should master

- Perceiving emotions (you can detect other people body language)

- Using Emotions (Can control own emotion & have the right emotion during the right time)

- Understanding Emotions ( Can appreciate complicated relationship among emotions)


3.Active Listening

Don't focus or achieving your target, or else you will fall into pit whereby it starts to feel that you're bugging them for sales. You should work on listening to them! See what is their need, then after you're listening and understand about what customer need, then you will provide the best solution for them!
