If the employee forgot their own income tax number, is there any way we can help to find up for them? I asked them to call LHDN but they took very long time n still no answer for me.

Need to walk in there at LHDN, unless they have ea form or TP3 form , or perhaps you can check from this website using their IC number.. https://byrhasil.hasil.gov.my/fpx/index.php
