Should I put diploma or degree result in resume?

Am I qualified enough to join any admin job like hr and so on? And will finish my study on this July.

Not necessary. Nowadays, results and CGPA means nothing. It is all about skills and manners.

Yes you can have a try. For the diploma and degree result, It depends on the requirement of the company. some company they did put the a certain specific CGPA in order to apply but mostly, as long as you can show in the resume that you can bring values to the company, it would be fine. :)
