I have been working as factory operator for more than a year now after graduate. Will there be problem with the blank one year in experience?

I am bachelor degree graduate. Got problem landing a job so I start working as factory worker. It is a 12 hours jobs, I just sleep when I got home and ready for tomorrow. Its been more than a year now

There will be no problem for you to work as factor operator for a year. You can put this as working experience and apply new job as well, just have to clarify to the interviewer during interview session.
