Hi. I have been retrenched by my ex employer and actively looking for job. As I was jobless for 5 months and very difficult to get job at the moment. My highest education is only SPM with experience.

I have experience in F&B, Customer Service, Sales in Insurance and project Specialist for OYO. Total about 10 years. I still struggle to get job. Anyone could advise what is my barriers?

What you need to, is to Apply The Right Job For You.

Re-check your job application, review, and see whether the job that you applied is suitable or not with your education plus your experience & skills as well. I see that your experience is quite good however you need to check whether the previous job application is too broad or not.

Applied for the job accordingly. For example, if the last job that you have worked as a Project Specialist, I would recommend you choose the same field as I believe your age would be around 27 years and above right?
