The steps that I show below may or may not be correct: This is for staffs not coming to work due to CMCO/any other reason: Try to talk to them about the issue first before issuing the show cause letter, if no reply, then issue the 1st show cause letter. 1st try to contact staff with notice of how long they need to reply back before issuing 1st show cause letter> No reply > Show cause letter for insubordination (Inform through email, WhatsApp, phone call, any means necessary) After 24 hours or 2 days, Try to talk with staff with notice of how long they need to reply back before issuing 2nd show cause letter> No reply > Show cause and warning letter that they'll be suspended with notice of how long they need to reply back (Inform through email, WhatsApp, phone call, any means necessary) After 24 hours or few days, Try to talk with staff with notice of how long they need to reply back before issuing 3rd show cause letter> No reply > Final show cause and warning letter that they will be terminated with notice of how long they need to reply back (Inform through email, WhatsApp, phone call, any means necessary) Have to keep trying to reach the staff before issuing the 2nd and 3rd show cause and warning letter.
