Can company request employee to take unpaid leave

Can I know if employee already make problem and they requested to work again from in a new month?Can we request employee to take unpaid leave?

Employers are not allowed to ask employee to take paycut/unpaid leave or retrenched if the employers are getting the PSU.If you plan to ask your employee to take unpaid leave, please inform JTK at least 30 working days in advance before the the action was taken. With this, you will no longer eligible to apply PSU. If socso catches you doing so while receiving PSU, they will take stern action against your company.
