Action if personal letter addresses to company?

Need your advice on personal letters sent to office address. Letters from banks, credit cards n all to employee... Does anybody have any takes in this?

If it become a trouble, I wud suggest u to rtn to sender. Few times u do like that, sure the Postman will not pass anymore personal letters to ur Co.
