i just found a case where employer will only contribute to EPF contribution (employer position) upon confirmation. Can i confirm, is this acceptable? Because as far as i know epf is compulsory. Thank you! Another case of company policy is more powerful then labour law. So when u read the case, what was the result?

Must contribute upon joining. Company will be penalised if the employee report. Employer must pay.
