Does company implement any lunch policy during CMCO

I need an advise , is it against the law if the employer prohibited to out for lunch during CMCO after hari raya ? Do you guys company implement any policy on the lunch to encourage the staff to lunch inside the office?

I think whatever laws must also follow KKM guidelines during CMCO. Dont think there's an issue to ask staff to hv lunch at office, instead of going outside. Its for staff safety also. cannot prohibit completely. but for whatever reasons, must follow CMCO guideline.
