What is the best platform to record staff attendance?

Hi all, I have a few promoters who do not thumb in and out their attendance... so I cannot capture their attendance and when I'm doing payroll. I'm consider they do not come to work, but after salary date, they said they work on that day, so how you face this situation? May I get your help? Which is the best platform to source for promoter?

and will provide allowance in annual meeting for good records, while we did that..some employee left..but now 90% staff have better thumb print and attendance records..because the reasons i heard is they forgot to check out la, handphone running out of battery la, not enough data la..so it will filter the employee also so that we get the quality one

i know is not proper..but promoter are really requires some discipline forcement...what we do here is penalty if no thumb or late...as shopping mall do charge us penalty for late opening too
