The company did not allow me to go on leave because of payroll issue. What should I do?
I am working as a HR assistant in an ordinary company back in my hometown in Perak. In Hr dept there are only 2 of us, which is dept head and myself. Unfortunately this month i have to take leave due to wedding function of my sis. I requested my dept head to assist me to do the system data inserting stuff whereas I will calculate the thumbprint manually. But my dept head doesnt knw hw to do it eventhough i teach him n write him the steps A-Z. Tge best part my head is been working at the company for years. The company said to me either do the payroll r we will transfer u to other dept r look fr some other people. Do advice me about this
