i dont remember reading any circular/order from the Government that says who should provide the face mask per se. However, the government did indicate their SOPs on the precaution that is required to be taken by the employers. So indirectly, the company shall bear the responsibility to ensure all employees follows the SOP. If you wish, you may consider selling face mask to all your employees at a discounted rate. One of my client is doing so.
