We are from preschool sectors. Normally teachers will conduct 6 hours classes + 2 hours preparation (all books are prepared). But now during MCO they are only conducting for 1/2 hour to 1 hour online and even the reports they are sending is only for 3 hours task even we have asked them to give the report and task for 8 hours which they can use to prepare worksheet, teaching video, teaching aid and so. Yet end of the day they only produce for 3 hours job. So how do we calculate their salary? If we calculate the salary based on 3 hours then is it consider as a pay cut
