Are we allow 2-4 persons travel in a car during MCO?

Currently the government allows max 4 persons in a car to travel within the same family. And the government also allows business activity to resume operation. My company is an essential service.

I dont think so. Allowable for same family cos they were quarantined together. You wont know if your colleagues were strict during stay home period.
