Does the Sdn Bhd company MUST re-issue new employment letter to all this five person of previous employees?

If Sole Proprietor company set up on year 2015 with hired total of 5 staffs. And on the year of 2017, company has upgraded to Sdn. Bhd. and all the 5 staffs was remains with same position, same job scope and same perks & benefits.

Yes, seniority continues. You can just issue a one page addendum to the earlier employment cite at to state the change if company name/status and that all employment terms remain unchanged. No need to issue a fresh employment letter all together
