How to do show cause for sexual harassment?

anyone can share show cause for sexual harassment by head of dept/managerial level?

Is there any police report on the matter? Kalau tak Ada, suruh dia report dahulu (kena berani kalau benar). Then tya ada saksi atau tidak... dah dpt semua tu baharulah boleh kita keluarkan show cause. We do not want to trigger the alarm just based on one claim not substantiate by any proof staff dh report to HR & submit prove by whatapps.
