Unfair and unfriendly treatment towards internally transferred staff

Being transfered to a new project due to covid. HR provide an extra allowance for staff hired externally and excluded us whom transfered from other project. Please advise should I leave or argue.

Not to argue but to discuss with your Manager then only with HR team. The reason you need to discuss with your Manager is to get his/her support on the transfer. You can express your feeling to HR team to be fair not just your side but also others who also affected with same situation with you.
