is it against the law if company forced to take unpaid leave

Hi all. If let's say our company will be closed down during this MCO period and the management ask the staff to take their Annual Leave or Unpaid Leave, is it against the Labour Law?

JTK mentioned Annual Leave or Unpaid Leave must have consent from employees. You can't force them to take either one.
