What to do if staff an army reserve and requested to serve?

We have a staff who's an army reserve. Her sergeant messaged her and ask her to prepare to serve. Anyone has experience with this ? Is this optional ?

I think it wld be compulsory As instructions r from Govt, companies can’t take it as optional I meant to serve during the MCO, she's asking us if she can go. We may require her to quarantine herself after that. So she's worried that she will have to take u paid leave for another 2 weeks after the MCO
