Memo for staffs that need to be in quarantine

Hi,is there any sample of email or memo for staffs that travel overseas and when the staff back to Malaysia,the staffs need to quarantine?

For my organization , we only email to inform all employee to go direct to GH to get report for the clarification. However, HR will monitor their condition for 14 days daily eventhough the GH certified that they are free from the infection.
