Getting a job in Malaysia as a ex-Malaysian

Hello peeps. I renounced my nationality as Malaysian few years ago due to family issues. But right now i was thinking to work back in Malaysia. I know the guideline is quite harsh. (Rm5,000 salary and only open for certain industry). And im currently a singapore degree holder in BA with around 2 years working experience. May I know is it hard for me to get a working permit here in Malaysia?

In the present situation, most company will favour locals( gov is giving a lot of incentives to hire locals), so i'd say if you dont have a very outstanding performance, it will be hard.

From my personal experience as a hiring manager, Malaysian company seldom take non-locals to work unless you are expert/ experienced candidates.

Hearsay singapore gov is giving a lot of incentives to hire locals also, why not just stay in Singapore and explore job opportunities out there?
