Which would you prefer? Office or wfh?

My company is currently in a wfh situation until now. And last week we had a online meeting with our CEO and some of our colleagues actually voice out their desire that they want to return to office to work.. I WAS LIKE WTF ARE U KIDDING?? Wfh is so convenient and you no need to wake up early and beat the traffice somemore. I am wondering if they are actually sugar coat things in front of the bossess? Or is it their real desire to work in the office?

Me too. For my personal point of view, I prefer to work from home so muchBut .I think it really depends on individuals' personality. If say your colleagues are extrovert and like to social around, i think they might be missing working in the office so much.

My first month working from hme was a disaster. I dont have a proper workplace at home and i have to deal with family matters everyday. And then after few months i find it quite flexible and no need to go through jam all these. But right now i feel abit fatigued because Im kinda alone and no one actually talks to me. So i feel like going back to office right now.

Sometimes working from home will make you feel like you are working 24/7. There's no clear boarderline between work and personal time. So some may argue to work in office to get their privacy time back. It sounds reasonable for me.

Personally for me, i rather work in the office. My work requires human interaction and doing that through whatsapp or video conferencing just does not cut it. Besides, i am being paid a salary so its my responsibility to do my job as required to the best of my ability.

Its about social interactions. Some people might like it,some might not.
